  • I want to express my gratitude for and impression I have of Julie at Newby's. She went above and beyond to help me with my VW Touareg oil issue. It is rare these days that someone goes out of their way to not only make the customer happy and give them a good experience, but leave a lasting impression on the way a company services its customers.
