  • I've bee going here for years but recently the quality and service has deteriorated. I had to quit 15 minutes for my food because they accidentally cancelled my order and never realized it. Two managers were working and neither one noticed me standing there for 15 minutes. I thought it was just busy until I noticed three people who ordered before me get their food first. I found a nice long hair in my cheeseburger last week as well. I used their feedback survey from the back of the bill and they give you a coupon for free fries and a drink with purchase of a burger but it expires in like 3 weeks. I don't think I'll be going here any more.
