  • Terrible customer service. Rude. I have been there many times and purchased many items. One woman in particular is very rude. I took in a huge bag of brand name clothes... some of them never even worn one time. They have you sign a "contract" saying that you will take whatever they offer. I left the clothes there for 24 hours, came back and found that they had credited me 10.00 and had taken almost all of the clothes in the bag worth about 100.00 . Complete rip off!! I would have been better off just donating them to the homeless shelter instead of giving them to these greedy people. I will never shop there again.
