  • I didn't know businesses that are able to keep their doors open could treat people so poorly. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I purchased a groupon to come join their crew for Bingo night. The lady at the window who gave us our cards was incredibly rude. She was clearly not thrilled we were there. We were even asked to be "respectful" and stop talking during the middle of the game. Um what? Stop talking? Are you serious? We were already whispering since everyone was taking this game far too seriously. It's a crime at this place to laugh. We laughed at how ridiculous the whole situation was and left. We will not be returning. PS. They won't serve you beer unless you're a member. NO GOOD TIMES TO BE HAD HERE.
