  • Sorry guys, I was disappointed in the job. They blew through my 1400+ sq feet of carpet in under an hour. Told me that the new carpet wouldn't come clean because it was cheap. They did a good job on the upstairs, but didn't bother with the heavy traffic areas. I had to call in another company to redo the downstairs and guess what my "cheap" carpets are clean and stain free. I got what I paid for...an amazon deal really wasnt one. Hopefully you guys just had an off day - the price was cheap. But going cut rate cost me in the end.
