  • I have been going to this location for over 2 years. I have had nothing but headache after headache. Missing appointments because of inexperienced front desk staff not calling to confirm appointments and/or deleting cancelling previously set appointments. The inexperienced immature management plays favorites with the waxers and their daily availability. I have overheard many inappropriate conversations with front desk staff and they are always on their damn phones. The one waxer I trusted was let go recently and I now have to find a different location to go to. Too many immature inexperienced young people working there whom lack professionalism. This place needs to do better asap!
