  • I called late Tuesday evening, since I had never used, them, had questions about the cost of contacts etc, the first young lady diligently answered my insurance questions, when I asked, about what would glasses cost, I was immediately put on hold, and transferred, a woman with a very gruff voice answered the phone, ( it could have been a man), he /she was like OPTPMERRTIST!, I was huh?, WHAT DO YOU WANT?, Stunned I answered , trying to make an apt, immediately, a beep then the first young lady answered, she said she transferred me to the other thing that answered, I asked did you explain, that I had questions about cost of glasses, she said yes, but I WAS UNCONVINCED, So I responded , I don't think this is the eyecare place for, me and That I was going to ask my Dr, for a different recommendation, in central phoenix, her response was oh, ok!, bye,, we hung up, then I re dialed immediately to say say , discard my info, and it rang into oblivion,, to voicemail, I was like oh, that ODD, then I looked at the time 4 :59 pm, Then I UNDERSTOOOD, why the beast rushed me off the phone...QUITTING TIME... WOW.......how rude,.....
