| - We stayed at this hotel for a nearby event, and location was nice and central. The vibe of the hotel is young, with blaring music at all times of the day. Self check-in was convenient.
Our hotel room was at the end of the hall, next to the service elevator and ice machines. There were loud noises all night, with shaking of our room which would wake us up. So before you book, make sure to ask if the room is near one of these areas.
Last day of our stay, a man came knocking loudly at our door at 845 am to ask if we were checking out. Um, yes? It was really obnoxious, they could have called, and if we wanted late check-out we would have notified them ourselves. It's Vegas. No one is awake at that hour, and most likely if I am, I stayed up all night and am in no mood to talk to anyone at my door. Answering in my pajamas was not a highlight of my trip. I had tried to ignore the knocking but it was like the damn po-po were coming in.
Luckily I spoke to the front desk and the woman refunded us $50 for our inconvenience, and said next time to make sure to put up the do not disturb sign on the door. (Which by the way says "nope" a la tinder).
Also, for what it's worth, I have T-Mobile and had absolutely no reception in the hotel, especially my room. The WiFi was free (included in the resort fee), but for some reason I could not input my information on the log-in website, but this may be something related to my Iphone.
