  • It really couldn't have been easier. I got my card back quickly and it works perfectly. I also love the fact that they have stored the data from the card so I can order copies in the future without having to send the card back in. I do, however, have two complaints (for which I knocked off a star, although I would have only knocked off 1/2 a star if I could have because I think they are really only minor complaints): (1) the card comes with their name emblazoned on it. For those of us who do not want to advertise that our card has been cloned, this is a problem. I did not appreciate their wanting $4.99 to remove the logo. I really don't like having to pay NOT to advertise for them. In the end, I didn't pay the fee because I figured a way around it but it still annoys me. (2) At $29.99, the price just to clone one card is a bit steep. I suppose, the fact that I still paid it means that it was not too steep but I would still have preferred to pay about half that (of course, free would have been better!) Even with the complaints, I would use them again and will recommend them to friends.
