  • As a business owner I am super careful about putting out bad reviews, in fact about six months ago I put out a five star google review. Loved this salon....now I just really think everyone should Know your hair stylist might be a student learning on your hair.....I've been going to this salon for six months always amazing service and results. Last apt I received s phone call about 20 min prior to the apt time staring my usual stylist was ill, but they have someone that can do your hair. I immediately noticed she was applying the color in sections....not the normal weave process that is always done. While my hair is full of foils the stylist mentioned she's a student at the local tech college working on becoming a cosmetologist. WHAT.....shouldn't I have been notified ???? And given consent???? I'm all for training and teaching, but my hair was so damaged we had been babying it for over a year now. My hair is now more damaged than it was over a year ago, and the color is a so blotchy. Oh yeah and not only was I not asked if I am ok having a unlicensed student do my color I was charged full price. Is this even legal in WI?
