  • After my property manager retired I was forced to find another and found Black & Cherry on Yelp. While doing this I looked at my prior manager and all his owner's ratings were 1 star, most notably for non-responsiveness, which is just what I had expereinced. I contacted Ashley Hawkes who was most helpful in arranging the transfer. Unlike my prior PM, B&C is quick to respond.
