I was disappointed by this property. After carrying my luggage up the stairs to check-in, I wasn't greeted by a any one of the two HGI reps at the check-in desk. They went about their own business for a while before acknowledging me. I had checked in online, but I was asked to provide my payment credit card. No big deal. I was never acknowledged as a Diamond honors member. I was handed keys. When I asked which direction I need to go, the rep silently pointed his finger at the elevator. Great to know I'm an inconvenience.
I also have my diamond profile set up to receive complimentary breakfast at HGIs. I was not provided with a voucher or information about breakfast. I honestly didn't feel like being at this property any longer than I absolutely needed to- so I didn't even bother asking.
Perhaps more hospitable staff could have made my stay better.
