Sadly, yet another chain restaurant don't. I went here with a bunch of my out-of-state relatives as well as my family and parents, and my dad nearly got food poisoning. We went for brunch and the restaurant seemed like any old Perkins. Everyone's food seemed fine, until my dad tried to cut into his fried fish. Sure, it was fried on the outside, but the fish on the inside was semi-FROZEN. How in the world do you serve deep fried frozen fish? We told the server who got the manager and he apologized and gave my dad a $2 off voucher for his next meal. Yes, that is right, Perkins wanted my dad to come back to their restaurant and eat another death-ensuring meal costing $2 less. The manager did not even offer to compensate for my dad's entree or ask if he wanted anything else to eat instead. Had Perkins handled the situation appropriately, I would have rated them better, but they seemed to have forgotten the customer in this case and did not understand that things could have been a lot worse. The manager in this restaurant definitely needs to be retrained as do the cooks and those eating there should be advised that their food could also be just as inedible if they do not pay attention.
