In all fairness, most Vets there are great, caring and knowledgeable. However, front desk service is horrible!!! My dog is on an on-going medication he needs to take all the time. Filling this presentation each month is such an ordeal. They either forget and I end up driving out there for nothing, they make errors, etc. A couple of months I was so fed up I asked to speak to their front desk manager. She kept relaying messages through her staff, but would not come out to speak with me. Based on what her employee told me there was no reason she couldn't come out to speak within me (there are obviously internal issues going on because she made it obvious her manager was putting her in an awkward place. I recently went in to pick up the medication. What used to be $60 is now $73 a month. Prices went up and they no longer offer military discount on meds. I'm not thrilled with that, but understand prices go up.... I'm frustrated about how it was communicate to me - I wasn't told, then when I asked I got an 'it is what it is' type of answer. Looking for a new Vet with overall better communication and service.
