The exact same problem with billing issue that occurred with David happened to me. This business recently sent me a bill for over $4400 from my Pilates classes that they initially (over a year ago) told me my insurance was paying for. I haven't even been to this business in over a year and suddenly they're claiming they need my insurance information from last year so they can charge them for my Pilates sessions last attended in 2016. The only reason I joined in the first place was because they told me my insurance had approved payment (after I paid an initial lump sum of approximately $900) for a program consisting of 30 sessions. I'm not sure what is going on with this business but it's shady and dishonest. When I called to inquire why, after a year since my last visit, I suddenly owed them over $4000, the gentleman on the phone said if I didn't pay, he was reporting it to the credit agencies!!? I'm planning on reporting them to the BBB and the Attorney General. This is a disreputable and fraudulent business. BEWARE!!!
