  • My wife attempted to take our young daughter here. After they waited for 45 minutes, an employee then told my wife they couldn't cut our young daughter's hair because it was too curly and had some knots so it would take longer than the 10 minutes they normally allot for a walk-in haircut ... so my wife needed to make an appointment where they will allot 30 minutes for a haircut. What a complete waste of time. After my wife voiced her unhappiness and said she was going to post a negative review on Yelp, they then said they would cut her hair. Well what kind of haircut was my daughter going to get after all of this? They left. Terrible.
