I wrote a review about a three years ago: back then, I got what I needed and had not thought Hahn's World of Surplus until I decided to get into Water Bladder Hydration.
I recalled that a guy named Scott showed me a bladder system that was kinda gimmicky and quite frankly I was going to stick with my water bottle vest for hiking.
Recently, I have been going on father hikes and the dual 22oz water bottles that I carried were not quite enough so I started to do some research and came up with the Geigerrig system. I then recalled that Scott had shown me this rig many years ago. When I went back, I found that they only had the replacement bladder and not a whole pack: Camelbak is what they have and in great camo colors: used and new. Used were as low as $22 with no bladder in it.
I ordered a full Gigerrig set up online but came back to get a 3 liter bladder as the one I got only had a 2 liter.
I also needed a holder I could attach to the strap of my backpack for my GPS... while the associate there said that they only have MALICE system attachments, I found the perfect one from Voodoo Tactical that attaches with Velcro.
As in my previous review, they have an extensive collection of stuff, just make sure you look around as you still have to dig around to find things and, apparently they have so much stuff associates can't keep track of them.
There also seems to be a slight shift in the merchandise mix for the better: selection seems wider and, in some cases, items that I have not seen before. Prices can be high for some items but others (like the Badder I bought) were actually LOWER than Amazon: like I said: you have to dig around to find these gems.
I did not mention the HUGE selection of cord and rope they have in my last review: but I go there exclusively for the weird stuff except for Kevlar and UHMWPE cord: even Hahns does not carry this (PS: I don't like to carry 550 cord, I like 3/32 or Atwood's micro cord).
Oh: and for all you snowflakes: they have a gender neutral restroom.
