Technician was early! Appointment was set for 1-5pm and he was here at 11am, called ahead of course. I called in for a second opinion on another company's work, who had broken gauges and didn't really take the time to do a proper temperature split between the return and the register. The technician explained everything well and showed me that my system is running fine.
Once my warranty is up for the labor with the other company, I'll only be calling Legacy.
