  • Unacceptable for the most expensive gym in town. The gym frequently closes doe to power outages despite having a backup generator, the sales people hound your guests with constant hard sells, most lockers are broken in some form of another (some of the hinges are broken, some of the locks are easily jammed or outright broken), the free weight area is constantly a disaster zone (I will frequently spend 10+ min searching for things because members don't rerack weights and the staff cleans up once maybe twice a day max), and many of the members do not know gym etiquette (hog equipment, won't allow work-ins, never rerack equipment, flat out use equipment improperly like standing on a surface that is only meant for resting your head on so you see dirty shoe prints all over the equipment), and possibly worst of all is the staff that lie to you regarding guest passes and generally don't care what they tell you so long as you sign up and they meet their sales goals.
