  • I and my friends have never been treated so badly by restaurant staff because we didn't speak Chinese. My friend arrived early and when he asked to reserve a table, he was told in ENGLISH, that his name would not be called because it was not Mandarin or Cantonese. Come someone please explain this policy?! Second, we were repeatedly ignored by English speaking serving staff because we didn't understand the Chinese names of the dim sum. Okay, you don't need our business, I get the message. Finally, we only got to eat after one of my friends got up and stopped the lady with the cart and began to open up dishes. That is beyond disgusting! We're never going back. Shame on G & O and anyone who supports this ignorant behavour.
