  • The ONLY company I have ever had a problem with. Impossible to change your reservation. Was on hold forever, then directed to another line where "THE MAILBOX WAS FULL"! I'm on vacation! This really dissatisfied customer can not even talk to a real person to explain my side of the story! They have my credit card so they will do anything they want to do as far as charging me!
