  • Charlie is our sales rep... needless to say, we JUST bought this car less than ONE month and our BMW is needing MASSIVE repairs. They also provided us fraudulent paper work, typed out written by their in house mechanic, the mechanic's name is Javier Guerra (TURNS OUT HE'S NOT EVEN THE SHOP'S MANAGER) that shows they had work done. We took it to a reputable BMW mechanic and they did a full inspection and NOTHING was ever done on it. The manager of Reliable Auto is: Manny Monreal, at 708-321-4990.. they should NOT be in business. I will constantly be blasting them until they close shop.
