  • This place is only a few minutes from my house so it's really convenient but the service is always awful. Even with multiple people working it takes a while for someone to notice you and take your order. Then on top of it it takes them a long time to make your drink, and theres no hospitality. Coworkers will ask you if someone has helped you and when you say no, they sign really loud and glance around the restaurant looking for someone else like it's not their job. It's like pulling teeth trying to order from here and I've never had this bad of an experience at any other dunkin donuts.
