  • The sales staff is attentive but I never felt hounded the few times hubs and I have gone in to poke around. We bought an entertainment center and it took a little longer to arrive than expected. Like 1-2 weeks past the expected date. To be fair, we said we weren't in a huge hurry but when you drop thousands of dollars you like to know when to expect the item to arrive. When it DID arrive, it was in pristine condition and the guys who delivered and assembled it were polite and fast. My mom is super jealous because it has tons of storage without taking up a lot of space. One thing that was really annoying is that the store has all these awesome industrial metal/rustic wood bookshelves sitting all over the place, yet they are for DISPLAY ONLY and not available to buy! I would've bought 2-3 of them and offered to buy them right off the sales floor. They still said no. They didn't have anything remotely similar so those shelves so I bought some elsewhere. I own my own business and I just don't understand the concept of turning down easy money. I'd definitely come here again. Kind of a shame that there aren't more options in Madison for furniture. We don't like the trendy stuff and I sometimes feel like everything looks the same. I fell in love with an HGTV chair that I'm still not completely over...it was like sitting on a cloud...a $1200 cloud, so I couldn't justify it, but I'm hoping maybe one day there will be a sale... A homeowner can dream!
