I've been frequenting this salon for quite some time for pedicures. I decided to get acrylics. The full set was okay the first time but the fill was atrocious. It was rushed and so sloppy. The tech who completed the fill was too lazy to even take the polish off prior to adding the acrylic leaving behind the color I had prior to the fill. The manager Lynn (I believe) offered to fix it for me. Because of time constraints I decided to just remove the acrylics. Fast forward a few weeks I let the male manager (name unknown) do a full set with a French tip. I asked if the shape I wanted would cost more, he said no. However when it was time to pay the bill he of course charged me an additional $5 for the shape. I still tipped 20% although I wasn't happy with the dullness of my nails. 1-2 days later the polish started changing a nasty color which is pictured below. I have been getting French tips for 10+ years and I have NEVER had this happen to me. I went back to the shop and the owner stated that my lotion is staining the polish. I asked if they would fix it. He said "of course but we are going to charge you." I have never had a shop not fix their bad work. I politely declined his invitation to charge me an additional $5 to give me the same terrible polish. I will never step back in that shop and spend another dime. There is far too much competition for bad work and bad customer service. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. They are terribly overpriced for what they offer.
