  • We have been to this chilis 3 times. First time was good. Service was fast and food was good. Second time was horrible. We ended up leaving before or dinner came out and they probably didn't notice because it was an 1 hr wait. We decided to try it out again tonight. What a horrible mistake. Service was slow and food was not what you would expect. I ordered a steak sandwich and it was so small I could finish it in two bites and it only cost $17. Then my friends wife ordered a room temperature water that took almost 30 mins to arrive. She went to drink it and it was boiling hot. She didn't notice how hot it was because it was in a pop mug. It ended up burning her tongue and the inside of her mouth to a blister point. They gave us a small discount on our meal but that was it. I'm really disappointed because we really love chilis and was excited to hear it was in our area. Don't go unless you want to have a bad experience.
