| - I wish I could give this 0 Stars. My husband and I moved into a house with soiled carpet, so we were excited to find this deal on Groupon. It was one of the very few that would service Maricopa without an additional charge. We both had to request off a day of work for them to come, and after being 2 hours late, no word from them. After them , the owner said that they were should be on their way from Scottsdale. No apology given for being 2 hours late. 2 hours more rolled by, and no one came. I called once more, and got a call from the truck driver, saying the truck has broken down. They would be sending another truck in a few hours. After waiting a few more hours, still no truck. I called the business owner, Abraham, and he told me that the other truck had broken down, and he would have sent someone else, but the wife of the technician went into labor. He tried to smooth it over by offering me free pet stain removal for another appointment.
I really wanted to use the Groupon, so I booked another appointment two weeks later, the only spot they had available. Mind you, we just moved in and all of our belongings are piled up on the tile in anticipation of our carpets being cleaned for 3 weeks. When I called to reschedule again, each technician I spoke with told me that I could only scheduled with the owner, Abraham. And yet, they refused to give me his number because they claimed it was on the Groupon. Every number on the Groupon was for technicians, though. So after finally getting the number for the boss, he tells me that he cannot schedule with me at the moment and will call me that evening. What kind of company cannot schedule you during their normal business hours, and needs to call you during dinner time? So I wait for him to call, and he does not.
I sensed that we had been scammed, so I looked up more and more reviews for them online, only to see my exact situation with many other customers before me. Excuses of trucks breaking down, wet carpet for weeks, moldy smells, and unprofessional cleaning jobs. I'm sure you will read them as well. I contacted Groupon to refund me my money, and called Abraham, the owner, (who had still not called me back) to let him know we would no longer be needing his Services. When he asked why, I told him that I found his business to be very unprofessional and after reading many reviews, I saw my situation as common and was not looking forward to being scammed. In a very rude tone, he sarcastically told me that he was glad Groupon would be refunding me my money, so he did not have to come out and clean my carpets. Then he hung up on me. Please save yourself the grief by buying a few bottles of Woolite Pet Stain Remover or go with another company
