The parent company, Darden, is threatening to turn full-time employees into part-time employees in order to dodge the requirements of the Affordable Care Act. Do you want your food handled by people who can't afford a doctor's visit because they are uninsured part-timers, AND they can't afford to miss a day of work if they are sick, because they are part-timers?
