  • Terrible. Literally idiotic management of a business and my expectations of fast food are pretty low. They managed to not even meet that very low bar. Waited 5 minutes to order and then 20 MINUTES for the food. At that point, I was already in overflow parking and the worker asked me if I would move to another area after waiting 20 min so that they could fit more people waiting?!?!? I asked, "Are you sure it's not ready? I've been waiting here 20 minutes." No apology. She responds rudely that "everyone is waiting", which was in fact, true. Good news. I'll never have to wait there again!!!
