  • If you're looking for a nice, serene place, THIS ISN'T IT! Two TVs are tuned to different channels (and are very loud) and the staff communicates by yelling across the room. I went in for a mani-pedi and came out with a sloppy polish job on my feet. The "foot massage" consisted of batting at my heels a few times. The nail tech forgot me at the drying table! After 40 minutes of waiting, another nail tech asked me if I was ready to pay. I said I wanted a manicure as well (I had made an appointment a few days in advance for both services). She looked around nervously and told me my tech had a full schedule and was with another customer. I gave her the money (which she put in a drawer and offered me no receipt) and got the h outta there. Six hours later, my polish was chipping. They offer a decent variety of colors, but most of the bottles are close to empty. Also, it's CASH ONLY and there is no computer/point of sale system (RED FLAG).
