  • I had a problem with my internet drivers. They told me, if I got the service plan, would cover everything. Found it, it does not. They expected me to know this, as if I have worked at Best Buy. Just don't you computer repaired at Best Buy. Go some place. When they are done with fixing your computer, money wise, it's better just to buy a new computer. Also buy Carbonite online. It's worth the money because God forbid your computer is dead, you still have your files backed up. Best Buy will charge you an arm and leg for data backup.
