Friends, beware. Appliances are expensive and I don't want you to lose money and time the way I did. I renovated my home and bought all new appliances from CAS. Most of them were Thermador. I spent about 30K. I asked for a refund on a microwave trim kit valued at 300 because it did not fit. In fact, stupid me bought one from them that was the correct size thinking they would give me a refund for the original one. CAS will not refund or exchange items. They will ask you to fill out a form requesting a refund or exchange to be reviewed. They sent me an email that was very short stating they cannot refund me for the item. That's it. What was the point of filling out the request form? Under what circumstances would they have given me a refund? It's seems fishy to me.
It's not good business. I know that it's exciting getting new appliances, but please please take the time to look into the return policies. CAS wants to sell. After that, you are left hung to dry.
