  • This Uhaul is by far the BEST we have ever dealt with. Manuel was amazing. His customer service, and attention to detail are so far above par that other location should be taught the basics by him. We had a pretty major issue that was caused by another Uhaul over 1000 miles away. We tried several times to find someone to fix it, but most locations didn't even answer the phone! We stumbled across this location by chance, and I'm so thrilled that we did. Manuel listened to us, asked questions, and truly made certain he understood the problem. He went out of his way to fit us in with no appointment, and completely solved the problem for us. He is a great example of what customer service should look like. This company is lucky to have him, and I hope they understand what great value he brings to them. THANK YOU!!!
