  • I had a brow wax and a bikini wax here. My brows turned out well as did my bikini line, but I found the business to be pretty poor in terms of customer service. When scheduling, I was placed on hold for nearly ten minutes and when I showed up to my appointment the following day I was told my appointment had been an hour earlier. I knew that was an error on their part (as the person who booked my appointment kept having to be corrected by me regarding the appointment time) and the receptionist quickly excused it which I appreciated. I did have to wait a good 10 minutes before being acknowledged, let alone spoken to, when I first walked in as the receptionist was on the phone. I found the bathroom to be a bit unsanitary and the rooms and wax tub to be in need on cleaning as well.
