First things first... The place has a Krazy theme and its decorations are out there. The menu was a mixture of TexMex/Southern/Asian foods. First thing I'd like to point out is the service - which was outstanding! Our server was very friendly and helpful when it came to ordering since we told her it was our first time there. We started off with the Szechuan Salt & Pepper Jumbo Wings and these were our favorite part of the meal and set really high standards.
I ordered the fish fry with a side of jalapeño cheddar cheese grits soufflé, cornbread, and mac-n-cheese. My wife got the Krazy burger. In the fish fry plate flavors were hit and miss - the fish was well cooked and seasoned although I was expecting a little more crunch. The Krazy slaw didn't do anything for me, I tasted a lot of cumin and it didn't provide that refreshing and sometimes even creamy feel I expected. The grits were creamy and were spot-on with the flavor. The Mac and cheese was a complete miss for me - I barely touched it. It lacked the flavor and "homey" goodness I was expecting. The cornbread as ok, a little too dry to be honest.
I will definitely come back and give other menu items a try. Future reviews will follow.
