| - My experience with this "company" has me wanting to write to the Venetian resort to complain about allowing these disgusting hucksters on their property to prey upon unsuspecting guests. I've been fortunate enough to have been accosted by their employees on two separate trips this Spring. Last month, while in a cruise port, I was pounced upon by one of their sales people. My experience was so ridiculous and insulting that it made for entertaining dinner table conversation that evening. Fast forward, to last week when we stayed at the Venetian, I was in the shopping area looking for place for a blowout,. I made to mistake of getting close to their storefront, thinking it was a hair salon. A young, slick guy swooped upon me before I realized that this was a similar, if not the same company I'd dealt with last month. I asked about their hair services, to which he responded that they "did everything".He then slopped some Argan oil on my hair and that was it! Next he launched into his skin care spiel, which was eerily similar to the one I'd endured previously. I told him I wasn't interested, but he was not dissuaded... Insisted on putting the eye treatment on one eye, while questioning what if anything I used on my skin. Seriously, I'm almost 60 and I think my skin looks pretty darn good due to a healthy lifestyle and use of clinically PROVEN skin products. He then diagnosed my skin with rosacea.. Funny, my dermatologist never mentioned that! Could have been that I'd just spent the entire morning on a scooter tour of the Red Rock Canyon??? This ridiculousness went on much too long, as he tried to sell me the products so obviously needed. The price kept changing and he eventually asked a coworker if I would qualify for a 10% off coupon, which lo and behold I did! LOL. Problem was, his math skills sucked and he couldn't even calculate the discount. At that point, I'd had enough and attempted to leave.. His response? Told me to give him a kiss! WHAT???? I finally stormed out and did not look back. I'd suggest that you'd steer clear of this place, do not make eye contact while passing and keep going.
