Having been an athlete my entire life and playing softball at the elite D1 level in college, gaining weight was never something I really had to worry about.
After hitting 30, that all changed and eating what I wanted and losing weight easily did not happen anymore. I am quite embarrassed about my day 1 pics and was pretty hesitant to post them.
I also know the reason why I finally joined Sidney's program after following his workouts for years was because I saw a client of his who I related to. I thought to myself here is someone who is not a thin model, who is a normal person like me, and she did this so I can do it too.
I had let myself get the heaviest I have ever been when I reached out to Sidney at 156.6 lbs. After only 1 week I am down 7 lbs at 149.6 lbs. My goal is to get back down between 130-135 lbs which has always been my normal weight.
With Sidney's encouragement, customized food and workout plan, and the results I am already seeing and feeling I have no doubt that I will achieve my goal in the next 5 weeks. Thank you Sidney for helping me get my body back.
