This Sears is pretty bad, I'll just come right out and say it.
The staff is incredibly rude most times, and I love Sears because of their selection and their awesome return policy (similar to bed bath and beyond). I say their rude most times, but in reality it's every time.
I just returned a 4 year old pair of shoes (never worn) and the card I used is no longer valid. The lady I dealt with (never greeted me, by the way) didn't want to call up to find out how the return would work on a different card. She wanted me to call. What ? Why ? She's YOUR manager !!
Anyway, that's just this one incident. And to be honest, it's the most pleasurable. I know right ? Most times they just refuse to help me at all. Especially if it's return related, you're totally shunned away.
I hate having to deal with this place, but it is what it is. I hope you don't have to endure this. :(
