  • Rebecca handled our recent mortgage loan to buy our new house. We were entering into unknown territory (renting out one house and buying another) and were really nervous about the whole process. Rebecca was absolutely FLAWLESS in her service with us. She talked us through every single step, answered questions before we asked them, ran countless numbers on different houses we were considering for purchase, called to check in during the painful waiting periods, kept us and the realtors on both sides of our transaction CONSTANTLY updated during the approval process and helped us keep a sense of humor as we signed our financial life away. Working with her was so awesome that I almost wish we hadn't gotten such a great 30-year mortgage because it means we won't get to work with her again anytime soon!
