  • Came here with a Groupon for oil change, tire rotation and brake pad change. I had an appointment and was told one hour, maybe a little longer. I'm going on 3 hours and am still waiting in their shop. Which I might add has no radio, no TV, only a handful of auto magazines. They up charge on everything too! An extra $40 because it's an SUV (no idea of that reasoning), $20 more for my "manufacturer recommended" oil, another $20 for "manufacturer recommended" brake pads. I haven't checked out yet but already know I'm being charged $80 over and above what I prepaid for the service. I'm not at all impressed. I guess a good deal is sometimes to good to be true as they say!
