  • I had the misfortune of going to the Desert Ridge branch today where the teller Suzi showed how an unfriendly, condescending snob can make an entire company look bad. A simple request that my normal branch kindly obliges routinely, for Suzi was as if I had asked her impossibly rude. I will never return to that branch and Suzi should be kept away from people if the bank wants to keep their customers.
