  • I have had two different interactions with the guys at Bicycle Haus and they were both horrible. The middle-aged man that just sits behind the computer may be the most arrogant store worker I have ever come across. Not only did they have horrible customer service, but they charged me $20 more than the listed price on a helmet I bought because they said they "mispriced" it... Let's just say I was extremely happy to get out of that place. Horrible people, horrible service, horrible place. Did I mention horrible?
