| - To follow up from my post on FB last week that has since been removed (due to "patient confidentiality") my Mother is STILL waiting for lab results from JANUARY 28th - how is that medically and ethically acceptable? Over a week and no follow-up??? I received 24 follow-up care from a local physicians's office, 24-48 hours is standard, a week???? Unacceptable. Additionally, she received a voice message on Tuesday stating she needs to make an appointment with a specialist - with no explanation for the referral ---first, that is common medical practice to expalin to the patient what is going on with them and Secondly, the specialists office will request the reason for the appointment - ie. diagnosis...... Apparently leaving numerous messages with the MA, Bianca (as directed in the post that was removed) and Rachel Vasco, Director, don't warrant a return call to the patient. Not to worry TIM, feel free to remove this post as well, don't bother to call patient, we have it all documented, her insurance has assigned her with an advocate as well who has documened this horrible patient experience. God willing nothing is serious with her medical state at this time and the Internist she sees next week, NOT AT TIM, will provide her with all of the appropriate information and follow-up care that TIM has negelected to provide. Nothing in this post is confidential but feel free to remove as it is less than favorable for your business. Thankfully Yelp.com allows patients to also share their experiences, both positive and negative, in which most business owners choose to follow-up and rectify less than favorable experiences. How TIM can continue to practice medicine at this rate is mind blowing. You should be ashamed of this one patient's experience, no senior (or any age) should have to fight to receive adequate care, follow-up and information about their health.

"Is Facebook the best method to request follow-up? My mother has been in pain for over 3 weeks, has seen both Dr. Tatera and her PA (who prescribed a med "with no side effects") to find that at the top of the list is increased risk for heart attack and stroke - both of which she has a family history of. Every time she calls the office, she gets an automated message, doesn't get call backs - even from the on-call physician on Sat. 1/23 - to which she still has not received a ca. She is now in limbo between TIM, her insurance and the specialist's office. Another RX provided was almost $200 and was not discussed with her prior to sending it to the Pharmacy. As a healthcare professional with over 15 years' experience, I am embarrassed that this is the care provided in the Phoenix metro."

We have been communicating with the patient directly on her medical issues. To protect patient privacy, we will hide this post within 24 hours. To answer your question, the best method to reach out is to call the doctor's MA at 602-564-6291. Thank you!

Sad that it took a post for her to receive a call last night.

Do just the less than positive reviews get "removed within 24 hours for patient privacy"? The patient is very aware of my post.
