  • Justin / Paint Department Professional My wife and I have been going to this Home Depot for some time now. We were putting our house up for sale, so we needed to get a few home improvements done first. As we started frequenting the paint department, we got to know Justin a little bit. Almost ever time we walked in, he would say hello, chit chat about paint, and sometimes get a few good laughs in about our frequency for paint and such. Funny thing is, one time I walked in and went past the paint department, and he hollered out and me saying "Hey!" I thought it was great that he was that friendly. You just don't find that anymore these days. This last weekend, we went in and ran into him. It had been a while since we moved and had our first baby 4 months ago. Seeing him was great! We talked about his life and our life, and how the stresses of moving can take a toll. We all related very well. He then told us about the Home Depot reward points system and suggested we sign up. He gave us the run-down and said it would be highly beneficial since we are always working on our Home. Of all the time we went to Home Depot, he was the only one that informed us about this! So thank you, Justin. We really feel like we made a friend, and someone we could count on to look out for us and our financial investments. Just when we think someone couldn't be MORE friendly or MORE in our corner - that's when we met Justin. THANK YOU, JUSTIN! We have a Home Depot closer to us at our new house, but always find ourselves coming back to your store. Your customer service is something we haven't seen in a very long, long time.
