  • Words can't express how awful this place is. We were nickel & dimed from the moment we walked in the door (car was rented in my mom's name, but she wanted me to drive instead: $9/day charge; wanted to drive across the border one day: $12.95/day- every day- charge for that). We were supposed to get a free upgrade for my mom's AARP membership, but that didn't happen. We were given a filthy car with less than a 1/4 tank of gas. Upon our return, the office was supposed to open at 9am. We waited until 9:30, but no one showed. The shuttle driver ended up taking the car keys and driving us to the airport so we didn't miss our flight. So, we have no idea what nonsense the employee/owner will concoct about the car in order to overcharge us some more. My mom's card was charged the $500 deposit, but now I fear that she'll never get that money back... On top of it all, the guy running the place was rude as hell.
