  • I strongly believe the only reason that this company is in business is because there are really no one else to compete with. They are also very sneaky when it comes to modifying your service. They add more than you want. I ordered digital service and the guy said he was going to give me an up to date modem. Little did I know the bill was going to jump up another twenty dollars. I thought that was pretty clever. I will be glad when U-verse gets to my neighborhood.
