  • I get that this location is at the Scottsdale Quarter and that it is upscale however because of that customer service should be superior. Every time I walk in there I can never get someone to help me and when I do they roll their eyes and sigh like it is a big deal. Then they can't even help because I end up having to find my own stuff. I much rather shop online (not Sephora) but big brand names and get discounts thru their site than to give my money to a store that doesn't appreciate it.
