  • Ok after reading the posted review I bumped my review up fro 2 stars to 3...b/c some ppl be trippin. Giving one star b/c you are late...give me a break. That's rude, particularly if you don't call..and even if you do the way they book 'em tight I can see a waxer declining. Ditto with expecting a walk in 30 minutes before close, for two 'free' brow waxes. Honestly my experience wasn't that bad. If I had no other options I'd probably go back. My brows were fine. My only complaint was I had to pluck stragglers about two or three days later. That's not what usually happens after my brow waxes at Benefit Brow Bar....why oh why, Ulta in University, did you have to let me down. If you wanna see that straight scoop check out my other review for Benefit Brow Bar in Ulta. But I digress. I believe I had Jasmine...she was perfectly pleasant. She went after a few ingrown hairs, hard...but I appreciated it. The front desk was also perfectly pleasant. I may go back if I can't get to Benefit Brow Bar in South Park..so not convenient to me...grr...stupid Ulta, but I'm not bitter..no..not me.
