  • If you are looking for a reputable company to protect your home run the other way when it comes to ADT and defenders Inc. DBA protect your home. They are vulgar, threatening, and absolutely the most incompetent customer service representative that I ever came across. They've made multiple mistakes on my account and blamed me when my payment was one day late. They call me five times in one day on an error that was created by them. They are now threatening me because I am canceling service with them. Never do business with ADT's authorized premier provider defenders Inc., DBA, protect your home. They are located at PO Box 639213, Cincinnati, OH 45263-9213 their telephone number 1-800-689-9554. WWW.protectyourhome.com/support. My suggestion is you keep looking for an honest, reputable alarm service. Turn the page. This one's over. I will never do business with ADT or defenders ever again. My rating is a -5 stars.
