  • How many people have to be waiting in line for over 20 minutes before you open another teller line? Meanwhile, you have not one, but two greeters standing around doing basically nothing trying to look busy. Every single time I have to go into this branch, regardless of the time of day, I wait at least 15 minutes. I have banked here for 20 years, but my patience is wearing thin. Maybe they should start serving lunch while people wait so it would not take up the entire break!
